Paul Cluver is a family-owned winery based in Elgin, South Africa. After noticing the region’s potential for cool-climate winemaking, they ripped our the apple trees and planted vines in the mid 19th century. Today, they’re fondly recognised by wine critics for their great value. This is a fresh and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, with notes of grapefruit and gooseberries. Try it with pesto pasta.
