Laborde au Château is a special cuvée made by Château de Laborde – a Burgundy wine estate which has a rich history dating back over 900 years. The estate has gone from a simple fortress to the ‘Versailles of Burgundy’ – and now, thanks to Hervé Kerlann and his wife Mandy, it’s a top-quality winery with vineyards in some of Burgundy’s best spots. This is a classic Chablis – elegant, authentic and complex, with lively citrus and floral notes alongside the region’s signature minerality. Its fresh lemon flavours make it a delicious match for shellfish dishes.
