Feudi Di San Gregorio Greco Di Tufo DOCG 2021/22

Feudi di San Gregorio was founded in 1986, after a devastating earthquake destroyed much of the local area. It’s since become a beacon for the wine renaissance of Southern Italy. Greco di Tufo is one of the region’s most prestigious white wines where it thrives on volcanic soils, developing a delicious minerality. During the winemaking, the wine is left to rest on the spent yeast cells, or lees, for eight months to add extra texture. Expect an elegant, bright and citrusy wine with hints of almond. Its ripe flavours and freshness make it an excellent pairing for a simple spaghetti alle vongole.
