The Freestyle Blanc is an organic rule-breaking blend from the acclaimed Domaine Gayda. Turning its back on French appellation laws, the estate chose grapes based on the quality of site alone. The result? A part-oaked, multi-regional blend of Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. It has loads of personality with weighty stone fruit and honeysuckle flavours. Wonderful with roast chicken.
