Beauroy is a Premier Cru that lies on the upper slopes of Chablis. This is a prime area for growing exceptional Chardonnay, which benefits from warming sunlight and exceptional soil quality. And it tastes even better when it’s aged in oak. Expect golden hints of almond, vanilla and a long finish. If you can wait, this will taste even more complex in a decade. If you can’t, drink a glass with moules frites.
