Ruinart was the first house to create RosĂ© Champagne. This was almost 300 years ago. Today, their signature is a high proportion of Chardonnay, and this brings an excellent freshness to flavours of blood orange, roses and cream. It has a complexity that’ll only improve with age and will pair well now with seared scallops. A fantastic vintage that Decanter’s Yohann Castaing gave 96 points.
